Payments and Refunds

Courses and single mentoring sessions necessitate the booking and payment of tutors. For this reason:

1.      Payments for courses are required in advance of commencement.

2.      A user can withdraw from the course within 3 weeks of initial enrolment. Money will be refunded for the portion of the course not attended. Note, the initial part of the course requires a heavier administrative workload and on-line presence than later portions of the course and is taken into account when calculating a refund. An administrative fee of $20 (au) is charged for withdrawal.

3.      Where a mentor session has been booked, changes to the booking need to be at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled booking. If a change is made after that time an additional fee up to the full charge of the session may be applied.

 External Content

Learning About Learning uses external sources for delivery of some parts of courses. Learning About Learning pays all fees required to the external companies and retains the right to limit use and access to the external resources to the requirements needed for the paid course delivery.
